Sleep Number Got My Number

I am very excited about ordering a Sleep Number bed.

My good friend got one and recommended it!

Went to the store today and tried them out.

I was really amazed, especially since I have some significant back pain that I am dealing with.

I am hoping, G-d willing, for some pain relief and some extra Zzz sleep! ;-)

Ergonomics Ah!

So today I went for an ergonomic training and assessment.

Never did this before.

It was pretty awesome.

The person had 4 degrees in ergonomics and really seemed to know what they were talking about.

They got me set up in a special ergonomic chair with a footrest, bio-design mouse, and task lighting.

I tell you that I never sat so straight, perfectly contoured, and completely comfortable.

They almost had to pry my butt out of that chair after I test drove it for over an hour in training.

OMG, there is a difference.

Don't need carpal tunnel.

Don't need sciatica.

Don't need neck, shoulder, and back pain.

I even learned that the standing desks can be BAD for you--they put undue stress on your musculature and may actually result in a notable DECREASE in concentration and productivity.

Anyway, from the stupid chairs that I've seen most people have--and the lousy posture they sit with--I'd recommend seeing the ergonomist. ;-)

Sit-Stand Computer Desk 1-2-3

This adjustable computer desk stand from Veridesk for sitting and standing is awesome.

Someone got this in the office, and it is the talk of the town.

It comes as one piece, no assembly required and you just place it under your computer--simple, easy!

Just push the handles on either side and the desk height adjusts variably up or down.

I found it on Amazon for just $325-$400 depending on the size and whether you have a double monitor.

My colleague at work said just try it and you will feel so good--this seems like a good healthy deal. ;-)

How's This For A Two-In-One?

CTA makes this pedestal iPad and toilet paper holder--to help you when you really need it.

Get your information and also your personal cleaning products at the tip of your fingers.

Many people like to browse, read, or otherwise entertain themselves with the iPad, now you can do it and take care of your other business too.

The CTA holder has a gooseneck so you can adjust and view at any angle, and it has a heavyweight base to keep it stable and upright.

Imagine you can even get it at Sears for just $44.32 (or the SupplyStore.com)--affordable, entertaining, and convenient.

You may also want to consider a Philips iPad Splashguard, they come in a three pack.  ;-)
