Fashion 2022
No hair. (I'd like to keep mine if possible, thank you!)

Lots of beads.
Bright colors.
An end to Covid blues. ;-)

Mr. Golden Sun
There's nothing like the hot sun.

Too bright to look at it.
It enlightens our whole world.
The warm glowing sun is life.
Cold empty darkness is death.
Light drives out the dark.
We need more light in this world. ;-)

Laundry is a Colorful Cleaning Affair
It's great when laundry goes from smelly and dirty to fresh and clean!
Some nice refreshing laundry detergent is just what's needed.
When the detergent comes in big, bright bottles like here, then it's even a more inviting experience.
Clean laundry, clean mind, clean mouth way to go! ;-)

Brighten Your Mondays
So a colleague asked me why I wear bright, happy ties on Mondays.
Well, I explain, I guess it's a combination of two reasons:
1) I'm starting the week all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed coming off the weekend energized and ready for a brand new and exciting week.
2) I'm trying to counter what many consider the "Mondays Blues" and make them brighter and more cheerful for everyone.
- Smile and the whole world smiles with you!
So the other person responds, as if all the craziness of the office and organizational psychos during the week will somehow wear down my good cheer:
"So by the time you get to Fridays, what are you wearing black ties???"
I guess everyone knows the workweek is the workweek.
And they don't call it work for nothing. ;-)

Hate Ties, But Love These
I hate neck ties in general, but love these specifically.
If you have to wear a tie, these strong gorgeous silk ones called Quindici by Ermenegildo Zegna are absolutely beautiful.
At a retail price of $285 each at Nordstrom's, they are not cheap, but what a powerful and confident accent for any formal outfit.
These are all for me! ;-)

Orange Spiral, Going Up
A modern spiral with vivid orange and white.
When I look at this, it's almost as if the staircase is in motion, like a spinning drill bit.
The person sitting to the right of the stairs seems like they will be swept away or crushed in the next spin of the stairs.
Next to the big windows, the incoming light hits the stairs and creates shadows that give it even more life.
Excellent job by GW University in their new Science and Engineering building.
You'd expect to see something like this in the Museum of Modern Art...it's awesome! ;-)
