It's a city in gross decay and it needs help.
"This land is your land. This land is my land."
This land needs a serious helping hand.
A wealthy country where "the roads are paved in gold."
But the inner cities are crying out in poverty, crime, and neglect. ;-)

Baltimore is a great American city and a wonderful place to raise a fruk family. There is tremendous infrastructure and resources there.
